Online Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
Concertina is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Consultant to join our client’s team—a leader in the homebuilding industry. In this critical full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing leads, nurturing relationships through phone, text, and email. Your goal? Convert leads into appointments for our New Home Sales Consultants across our divisions in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. With your expertise, you’ll directly drive 40% of monthly sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience through timely follow-ups and outstanding service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential homebuyers via email, phone, and website inquiries.
- Manage a structured follow-up process using calls, emails, text messages, and video messages to educate and qualify prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between leads and New Home Sales Consultants.
- Provide prospects with marketing materials, community details, and floor plan options tailored to their needs.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, tracking lead activity and conversion rates.
- Monitor third-party websites and online advertising to ensure a competitive edge.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives with additional projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business negotiations, or land acquisition within the residential real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience working with utility and developmental review departments is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving and logical decision-making abilities.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work U.S. hours to support client needs.
- Reliable internet connection, personal computer, and UPS/battery backup for work continuity.
