LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for identifying potential clients and initiating contact through LinkedIn to generate leads and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify potential leads within target industries and market segments.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies to engage with prospects via LinkedIn messaging, emails, and other channels.
  • Customize outreach messages to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that support outbound lead generation efforts.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to outbound lead generation on LinkedIn.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Comfortable with doing repetitive work.
  • Has keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 5-year of proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Experience in a BPO setting is highly regarded
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience working in the technology/software industry is desirable but not required.
  • Back- up internet connection and a good working laptop.
